At Eduskills Training FZE, we understand that plans can change. To ensure a smooth process, all refund requests must be made in writing and submitted to our course administration office. Refunds are issued in accordance with the cancellation timelines and terms outlined in our policy.
Cancellation:
More than 30 days before the course start date: Eligible for a full refund, subject to a minimal processing fee of AED 50.
15 to 30 days before the course start date: A 75% refund of the course fee will be processed.
7 to 14 days before the course start date: You will receive a 50% refund of the course fee.
Less than 7 days before the course start date: Unfortunately, no refund will be issued.
Change:
We aim to support our participants with flexibility whenever possible. If you need to switch to a different course session, please review the following conditions:
Participants may request to transfer to another course, subject to availability and approval from the course administration.
If the change request is received more than 30 days before the course start date, a 10% administrative fee will be applied.
If the request is submitted between 15 to 30 days before the course begins, a 25% administrative fee will be charged.
Change requests made less than 15 days before the course start date will not be accepted and are not eligible for any refund or session transfer.
Refund Decision:
We aim to handle all refund requests in a fair and timely manner. Please note the following process regarding refund decisions:
Refund decisions are determined based on the date your written request is received by our course administration office.
Each request will be carefully reviewed by the administration team, and a final decision will be communicated to the participant within 7 business days.
Refund Timeline:
Once a refund request is approved, we ensure the process is handled promptly and transparently. Please take note of the following timeline:
All approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date the refund decision is made.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method that was used at the time of course registration.
A confirmation email will be sent to the participant once the refund has been successfully processed.
